This years Skiing trip week will be from the 14 March 2009 and will be to a firm favourite Italian Ski Resort, high in the spectacular Brenta Dolomites - Folgarida.

This wonderful resort links in with the nearby resort of Marilleva, and we will also be arranging extension passes to the chic ski area of Madonna di Campiglio. This will provide us with not only a whole new untried ski area, but also the opportunity to revisit some of our favourite runs and bars!  

Our hotel, the 'Vecchia America' is a clean and tidy, well run 3 star, just a couple of minutes walk from the Gondola. All rooms have private facilities and satellite TV. The food here is great. The rest of the village will provide us with our evening entertainment all week, and we will arrange a late afternoon get together in Madonna di Campiglio once or twice.   

All 3 of these resorts provide excellent ski areas and there is good snow cannon coverage. Being a bit later in the season, the chances of sunshine at this time of year are good. This year ski lessons are not included in the package price, but provided the majority of you wish to partake in them, we can arrange them all week for around £25 per head. Just tick the relevant box on the form so I am aware of your intention. Complete Beginners will therefore be catered for, and we will arrange additional sessions where I will be pleased to assist novices and improvers.
